Latin Dance Aerobics combines the excitement of Latin music and movements in a high energy environment. Why don't you join us and smile while you dance the pounds away.

BALLATES

Wednesday: 6:00-7:00am : trainer: Sherry

This class will allow you to learn beginning ballet steps and technique while increasing your strength through the art of Pilates. Ballates will make you stronger, improve your balance and flexibility, and will bring grace and elegance to your every day life.

Cardio & Weights

Tuesday: 9:30-10:30am : trainer: ZDENKA

Cardio Muscles & Motion is a choreographed low-impact cardio class done with light (1-2 lbs) hand weights.

imageZumba is a very dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle in the body, the heart! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps, although you do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba.

Zumba is a fun, effective, and simple fitness system that uses the principal of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. The sexy and explosive Latin rhythms create a party like atmosphere that deliver results, as well as a highly motivating workout.

20/20/20

Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio sculpt workout classes help greatly to burn fat and build lean muscles.

Body Blast

Friday: 9:30-10:30am : trainer: Zdenka

Here’s one of my best full body workouts, after only 20 minutes you will get a killer workout! The exercises are simple and work all your major muscles groups.

Muscle Sculpt

Tuesday: 6:15-7:15pm : trainer: Sharlain

This is the ultimate resistance training class. Great music combined with power moves using a barbel.

Cardio Kick Boxing

Thursday: 6:15-7:15pm : trainer: Sharlain

Muscle and Fitness Magazine rated Cardio Kickboxing the #1 fat burning exercise. The average female can burn up to 700 calories / hour in our Cardio Kickboxing class compared to aerobics (400 cal/hr), step aerobics (500 cal/hr), walking (350 cal/hr) and step machine (420 cal/hr).

Regular physical activity has been proven to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke, reduce the risk of developing some cancers and aide in the prevention of osteoporosis. It’s no secret that obesity has become a significant health concern in this country and is quickly surpassing smoking as the leading preventable cause of death. Our Cardio Kickboxing program was developed to address these concerns.

Come in and treat yourself to an empowering hour of fitness and fun. Challenge yourself with something new and exciting and punch and kick your way into a fit and toned body.
